Health Issues in Children are at an all Time High
As of 2018 – 1 in 4 Australian children (aged 2–17) were overweight or obese, some other estimates go as much as a third.
IN AUSTRALIA IT’S ESTIMATED THAT 1 IN 7 CHILDREN EXPERIENCE MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES
I see kids that are overweight, have breathing problems such as asthma or allergies; intestinal issues such as constipation; horrible skin conditions & learning disabilities.
Also far too many kids have lost their focus, or are hyperactive; and sadly, are wrongly diagnosed with made up conditions… such as ADHD. Yes, the symptoms are very real; although ADHD along with many other titles, from my personal experiences, are nothing more than a fake disorders.
The cause is never or rarely addressed and when diagnosed allows the doctor to push their dangerous drugs; to which only they benefit, whilst the child manifests further.
KIDS AND THE ADULTS THAT MAKE THEIR CHOICES FOR THEM ARE JUST THE INNOCENT VICTIMS OF SOCIETY’S MISGUIDED VIEWS
What foods are healthy and what food Products are poisonous is not common knowledge
Basically the connection is not taken as seriously as it needs to be; between what goes in the child’s mouth and the health of the child.
Food is one part of the problem; the other equally disturbing part of most kid’s diet are their liquids. If you are providing a sick, overweight or maybe a hyperactive child with sugary (or sugar alternative) cool drinks like coke or lemonade.
Or, cordials, fruit juices; or perhaps milk or milk flavoured drinks, sports drinks or any other such drink then you are only adding fuel to the fire.
These drinks will continue to poison an already sick body
Consider replacing all those toxic, inflammatory drinks with just water.
AS HUMANS, WATER IS THE ONLY LIQUID THAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO DRINK
Be proactive, help you kids to get well and provide water.
The recommended daily amount is:
- 5 glasses (1 litre) for 5 to 8 year olds.
- 7 glasses (1.5 litres) for 9 to 12 year olds.
- 8 to 10 glasses (2 litres) for 13+ years.
Kids may mistake thirst for hunger; so if hungry, always get them to have a glass of water beforehand. If they are genuinely hungry they will still be hungry shortly after. Sometimes their hunger will go away as it was just water that they needed.
Water helps the body to:
- Flush out toxins
- Assist digestion & maintains regularity
- Promote healthy weight management & weight loss
- Improves skin (inside and out)
- Increases brain clarity, cognition & prevents headaches
- Regulates metabolism & provides energy
- Boosts the immune system
The list of benefits is endless for both child and adult.
If you are trying to recover your child from anything, getting them to drink water is one of the most beneficial things to help you along.
To really see massive improvements in your child’s health and in turn their wellbeing and their future; changing their liquids, along with their diet will get them there.
Most diseases, conditions & health issue seen in our kids today are the result of toxicities and deficiencies. Most overweight or obese children are in fact nutrient deficient. Their bodies are screaming out for nutrition and are not getting it.
If you have a sick child and want to take back their health. Or maybe the health of the whole family and need guidance to get started I am available to help you.
