So many questions in my mind right now…

Does anyone even consider growing old naturally anymore, gracefully as the universe intended?

Why are young people having treatments to look young; or why do we have these procedures at all?

What drives this obsession?

Why is it becoming more and more detrimental to be taken at face value?

We are commanded by the illusion that the outside world has more authority over us than we have over ourselves.

When you think of it rationally… its simply ludicrous… Since when did aging become a crime of society?

Health Issues in Children are at an all Time High

As of 2018 – 1 in 4 Australian children (aged 2–17) were overweight or obese, some other estimates go as much as a third.

IN AUSTRALIA IT’S ESTIMATED THAT 1 IN 7 CHILDREN EXPERIENCE MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES 

I see kids that are overweight, have breathing problems such as asthma or allergies; intestinal issues such as constipation; horrible skin conditions & learning disabilities.

Also far too many kids have lost their focus, or are hyperactive; and sadly, are wrongly diagnosed with made up conditions… such as ADHD.  Yes, the symptoms are very real; although ADHD along with many other titles, from my personal experiences, are nothing more than a fake disorders.

The Biggest Health Sabotages in Modern Diets are “FILLERS”

So what are fillers?

  • They are cheap.
  • Fillers do exactly that… they fill you up!
  • The carbohydrate content literally turns into glucose & spikes your blood sugar.
  • All that pure energy that’s not used increase fat stores.. that’s why they used them to feed the starving hoards and fatten livestock before slaughter.
  • Fillers mess with your brain; they have a “feel good” opioid effect, like narcotics; make your addicted, crave and want more.
  • They are used to bulk packaged goods!
  • Fillers may eventually make you very fat and very sick.
  • Also, modern day grains are also a far cry from their origin.  They are now genetically modified and sprayed with poison.

Plenty of people think it’s a perfectly healthy substance to drink; advertisements would have us believe so and encourage us to consume it all the time.

But, unfortunately, it may not be as healthy as we are lead to believe.

I talk a lot about dairy and I am well aware that it’s a very touchy subject; being critical of dairy is like criticising motherhood, it upsets a lot of people.
